Quadrupled the number of indexed pages of the forum in 3 days.
« on: December 13, 2011, 11:56:32 AM »
Hi guys,

I'm doing some additional SEO to this forum to get it an even greater presence in Google.  Three days or so ago the forum only had 2,400 indexed pages, despite having 7,600+ threads (many of which span multiple pages).

Getting all of those unindexed pages into Google was a snap.  I just submitted all of the thread URLs to one of my accounts at:

http://backlinksindexer.com/

(That's not an affiliate link, btw.)

Three days later, the forum now has about 9,500 indexed pages in Google (a 395% increase). I use BLI to get the blog posts in the 1WayLinks.net network indexed as well. Works like a champ.  I have dozens of Enterprise accounts. :D

So if you're having trouble getting your site's pages indexed, I highly recommend you give them a try.

If you have any other tips or tricks on how you get your site's indexed (free or paid), please share them here!

Jon

I have an account at BI but normally use it to index backlinks from VA's and fiverr gigs, etc.  Never thought about doing it to all of my site url's.  Great idea.

Is there an easy way to get a csv or text file of all my site title ur's without doing it manually?

I'm a script hack myself, so I usually throw a script together to do it (that's what I did with the thread urls), but I imagine you could use some of the sitemap generators out there to crawl your site and give you a list of the urls.

There's a bunch of free ones that come up when you query Google for sitemap generator.

Coming up fine for me. Are you getting an error page or something? I know they were doing some maintenance a few days ago.

I'm using http://backlinksindexer.com for free with bunch of credit cards I have. Other then that I'm using this metode I pick up from some forum.

1. Copy and paste ur links [however MANY 1 - 1,000,000,000] in links2rss.com NO MORE THEN 100 IN ONE FEED

2. Create the feeds with the click of a button

3. Head over to feedlisting.com. Submit your feeds

4. Wait 1-2hrs and ur backlinks will be on gr00gle.

RSS feeds are good, too, especially for smaller sites on a budget because it's free or extremely cheap. But I need to get SO many urls indexed that breaking them down into 100 chunks and having to submit each one is a huge time consuming hassle I just ca't afford. That's why I use BLI.

You must not have done this in awhile because Feedlisting.com has been Banned by Google.  Do a simple site: feedlisting.com search in Google and you will see.  I wouldn't be using this as my technique of choice right now.  You can use BacklinksIndexer like Jon said or another choice is Linklicious.me.

Hey Mike, that's true I didn't done that for some time now,as I said I'm using BI for some time now since I have like 20 Credit Cards, so I'm using trials. But John ask for other to share what they do, that's why I mention my "older" method. Sorry.

Good point. Another reason I prefer BLI. It puts a layer of abstraction between me and the services that get the indexing done. If one stops working, BLI adds another in its place.

Stupid question, I know, but can someone tell me how to figure out how many links from my site are indexed in Google? Seems like I should know this but I'm drawing a blank at the moment!

Thanks for the quick tutorial, Jon!
