That is what SM2 is designed to do. On one copy of SM2, I have 9 different Pinterest accounts, each pinning to different Boards within that account. I recently created a second instance of SM2 on that same laptop and it currently has one account on it. I will be adding more soon. It is the PROXIES that are important, not the VPS. I did a search on Google for proxies. There are lots of providers but you do have to be careful because not all proxies are suitable for use with Pinterest. Some people burn the heck out of proxies using them for spam and then discard them and get another. You definitely do not want those! Pinterest will ban your account straight away before you even get a chance to pin!You will need one proxy for each Pinterest account. The proxies must be private (not shared with anyone), static (do not change their "address") be in the USA and suitable for use with Pinterest. Check those points with any possible provider. It is best to have proxies in different US cities, so they are as far apart as possible. Not all providers can do this. In a group of ten proxies, you may only have two cities available. It is important to create your accounts slowly, that is, do not create 10 different Pinterest accounts on the same day. Pinterest seems to be able to check for unusual activity like this and you may get all accounts banned simultaneously! There are training videos and information at the top of this forum for setting up SM2. Just follow those.
US proxies because SM2 uses the Pinterest API but only the US one. Your website hosting doesn't really matter, except that most viewers on Pinterest will be US based, so you need to make sure any website or pages are of US interest.
