Hi Jon...

I wouldn't normally post this in this forum but it's been 6 days since I've heard anything back from support and I don't know where else to turn...

I was expecting you guys to bill me for my yearly subscription to Social Multiplier several days ago... but you havn't billed me yet and because of that I now can't login to Social Multiplier...

I submitted a support ticket but they havn't gotten back to me yet... (Support Case #587595)

Can you guys take a look at this for me and bill me for my yearly subscription so I can login to Social Multiplier again... (Support Case #587595)

I'll take a look.

I suspect I know what's happened about your subscription but I'll probably have to fix it manually if I'm right.

Actually I see you already had a reply on the helpdesk.

Since you canceled the recurring subscription then of course you no longer have access to Social Multiplier after the period you had paid for.

I'm afraid we can't offer you the same deal as you had before. You'll have to wait now until Jon releases some more licenses for Social Multiplier and of course it will be at whatever rate is current at that time.
