It's a pity...really a great software but obviously not supported anymore...

It is supported, it's just that another program is being updated at present and this program is on the list for being done next. I understand Pinterest has made changes!

I am only guessing here, I don't know. I understand there is a big update being made to Keyword Canine and that  once that is done, then SM is next. There is a special webinar on Saturday for KC, so presumably it should be finished then so SM could start after that.

I take it this software is dead then? This problem has been reported since April, the software isnt even 1 year old. Life time access = 10 months then?

I think ill steer clear of this guys products in future.

No, it's not dead. It will be fixed, it's just there is another big piece of software just completed, which took a lot of resources.

Noche, the software is not abandoned.

The problem you are facing with it will be fixed. What I can't do is give you a definite answer for when.

I know that's frustrating for everyone trying to use it, but it's the situation we're in at the moment.

As soon as an updated version is released, we'll make sure everyone knows about it.

But as much as everyone wants a definite date, right now there's no way to give one.

What I can tell you is that it's next on the list to be fixed. We're very close to the point where we'll be able to focus on it.

I have no idea if the admins are kidding us because this problem was reported since April, Amin posted at the end of June that it will be fixed soon and Jon posted on July 3rd that SM was updated and auto-pinning is fixed and now?

Still everybody has the same problems.

I am really thinking of canceling my subscription to the coaching since SM was the only tool I wanted to use right now and (maybe) in the future other tools would be added to my "work on list" but since nobody feels responsible to fix a great Pinterest tool I am thinking of checking out the competitor tools (i've seen a few).

I hope Jon will read this post and act asap since it is his responsibility as software developer to provide working software.

If someone will reply I should open a ticket....forget it...getting help from there is nearly impossible. For most problems I get the answer that the problem was forwarded to Jon and as we all can see here we know now how quick Jon works on solutions. :-(

I really hope that Jon can prove that I am wrong with my opinion. Then I will have no problem with giving him my honest apology but until then I stay to my words 100%!

Kind regards,

Dirk

Dirk,

I'll reply to you more fully on the support ticket, but the information you have provided there doesn't show me why it's not pinning for *you*.

Although nobody likes to hear this answer, with complex software sometimes individual computer set ups can cause clashes - and they can be almost impossible to pin down.

If I can help you to sort out the pinning I will, but I won't promise that I can because at this point I don't know what is causing the problem in your specific instance.
