Hi,I've tried to use the software and it tells me that I have given an incorrect password (should be ok because it's saved). Then I've tried to reset my password, but there was no e-mail sent to me with instructions. I have a subscription and last yearly payment was done on 5th July 2016. Is it because Social Multiplier v2 is released?Thank you!Péter

Hi Peter, I think if you download SM2 from the link I provided and click on forgot password, you will get in ok. There are some FAQs to read for any problems. And you can always ask helpdesk. https://askjonleger.desk.com/
