Edseward wrote something about a service he recommends. We do not use them. If you choose to buy one of our networks then I'd suggest using the same service as we have been using, it ticks all the important boxes and 25 different, but shared (very important) Class C IPs will cost less than $40.
1) A shared IP address means that one does not stand out like a sore thumb when anybody does a network analysis. It is not usual for websites to be on unique/dedicated IP addresses. I prefer to use shared IPs that are unique at the C Class level to MY sites so that none of my sites share an IP address but many other sites are using the same IPs as mine.
2) The cost of working in this manner is very much reduced, having a network of 25 unique (to me) Class C IP addresses for less than $40 with a credible host is very inexpensive indeed when compared to similar hosting with dedicated IPs with only one account/site per IP address.
