ERROR: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application

Hi there. I just purchased The Best Spinner. I've made numerous attempts to use the "Rewrite Sentences" feature, but keep getting this error:

"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. if you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Exception."

I've read the Troubleshooting guide and confirmed that my security software IS NOT BLOCKING The Best Spinner. In fact, it's set for two way open communication.

What should I do?

I just tried TheBestSpinner with a couple of sentences I made up and the auto rewrite worked OK. Usually that error, as you have already checked, is caused by something stopping it contacting the server. It could be caused by a glitch at the server end, in which case just waiting a couple of hours could fix it. Although you have checked that your security software is not blocking TBS, have you checked that it actually ALLOWS it to contact the TBS server?
