I already paid but can't use TBS - Help!

Help, I already paid but still can't use TBS. Already sent support ticket, this is the detail: Case #567269
I can't reveal my e-maill address here. Please activate my TBS account, I need it to work.

Support will get back to you but before they do, have you checked your spam folder? They will contact you at your paypal address, so check the spam folder there if you use more than one email. You can download TBS from the link in the posts at the top of this forum, you could tryinstalling and then check "forgot password" to see if that helps.

Still none. I already had thebestspinner software. I still wait the response, but still no response from support.

if there was no bounceback message from the support desk (the reason for checking in your spam folder) then the support desk is unaware of your problem.

No amount of waiting will change that. You need to redo your support ticket, check that the email address you provide is correct!
Only if you get that initial, almost instant, bounceback acknowledging your ticket submission will the ticket actually have been raised.

I think he must have had the automatic response because he quotes his case number.
