if there was no bounceback message from the support desk (the reason for checking in your spam folder) then the support desk is unaware of your problem. No amount of waiting will change that. You need to redo your support ticket, check that the email address you provide is correct! Only if you get that initial, almost instant, bounceback acknowledging your ticket submission will the ticket actually have been raised.
