Paid for service still can't use TBS

Paid for service still can't use TBS

Made a purchase this morning for one year of service and it's not working. I've sent an email to support and got an auto reply from them hours ago and but my issue is not fixed i can't login it says my account is not active.

Someone fix it for me please.

Have notified the Help Desk? This is a forum for clients and users of JL's products. We can't help you - at least not until a wandering member of staff sees the post.

They are not as fast responding over weekends and holidays as during the work week.
