Renewed subscription but still inactive

Renewed subscription but still inactive

Hello,

I renewed the subscription to The Best Spinner yesterday on the online account. Today, it's now saying that the account is inactive.

Also on the software, I am still getting a message that says "Your account is no longer active. This will happen if you canceled your PayPal subscription or received a refund on your purchase. Would you like to resubscribe to the service?"

You need to open a ticket with helpdesk, giving your transaction number and email (don't put them here). https://askjonleger.desk.com/
