TBS Check Option is always Giving Error !!

Whenever I try to use the "TBS Check" option, it takes some time during the processing and in the end gives a error. I really need to use the feature, Kindly Help !!

update:

i just got message from support that the TBS Check is no longer being supported, and users are now required to use Copyscape, which means paying for third party service

not updating the software and still also providing tutorials instructing to use TBS Check is false advertising as it is what the software is being sold as being able to do.

Use the free plagiarism tools available on the net. I have recently started using Copyscape and haven't found it any better than the free tools. I have found smallseotools to be good.
