What is going on with your support?  I am still trying to get in the Best Spinner and you keep saying it should be right.  Would you please fix it!  I'm going on to Warrior Forum to complain about you lot.

The Best Spinner is working for me and I haven't seen any recent complaints from any other users. What is the error message you are getting? No one can help if you don't supply details of what the problem might be. The most likely problems are usually caused by anti virus programs or firewalls on the user's computer. The solution for that is to whitelist the program inside your antivirus program. If that's not it, you need to provide more details for anyone to help.

I advised helpdesk of your problem, but they are unable to find a ticket with the name you are using here. Can you either post your ticket number here and I will pass it on to them, or submit a new ticket to helpdesk please. https://askjonleger.desk.com/ You may also wish to check your spam box and whitelist the help desk email address in case your isp is not delivering some emails.
