The Option "Everyone's Favorites" is not Working

The Option "Everyone's Favorites" is not Working

Everytime I click this option I received the following error message:

"Your login session has expired. Click OK to login again, or Cancel to exit the application.

Let me know if there is something wrong with the software or my license

It has been happening to a couple of people in the last 2 days, including me. But it is working now. Just tried it there a minute ago and it worked ok.

It is definately still not working. Every time I click "Add Everyone's Favorites" I get "Your login session has expired. Click OK to login again, or Cancel to exit the application."

I click on ok and the program crashes. This vernon of TBS has been extremely buggy.

Yeah this is not working for me today either. I had no problem yesterday, but today Im getting the annoying message. Strange.

Yep, same here. This is a persistent bug, as evidenced by the number of threads. Telling us to contact support is useless, as I need to use it now, not wait each time for support to respond. It's now 04:21 PST. TBS was working before rollover to new day.
*edit* have tried on another computer, have tried ver2, still same result. So it's definitely a bug on the authentication side. Please get this fixed once and for all.

Same issue here too.  This is definitely a recurring bug!  Could be their authentication server going down I suppose.

It's not a bug with the software. The issue was that the nightly backups were slowing down the database replication.

This issue should now be fixed.

If that was the case, I doubt you could login in at all, unless they have a different system for Fav. which seems unlikely. Once logged in there should never have to be another check. All this "protection" crap does is frustrate legitimate users. I've lost several hours work because of this. May as well pony up & buy SpinChimp to get some reliability.
