The first paragraph is the title that I initially spun 4 times then spun those 4 titles another 4 times each.
The second paragraph has been spun 4 times as a paragraph and then I manually spun each sentence 4 times. Then after 3 days of doing this I got the error message over and over again.... Nearly threw my laptop out of a 3rd story window

I have put "red" around the first two curly braces. Within those braces, you will get just 1 of the phrases. Either Sources of human hair and weaves OR Where do human hair wigs come from OR... etc.
I have put "blue" onto the 2nd set of braces. In addition to getting 1 phrase from the first (red) set of braces, you will now ALSO get a phrase from the 2nd (blue) set of braces, so you will get "Do you need a human hair wig" OR "Why choose a human hair wig" ... OR ....
In addition, you will also get a phrase / title from between the GREEN braces and ANOTHER phrase from between the PURPLE braces.
I take it that you only wanted one phrase from this whole section as your title? If you now look at your Spanish text piece, can you see that the section begins with a double brace? "{{" This is what tells TBS that there is NESTED spinning. That section also ENDS with a double brace "}}" - you have to balance it out.
In your title part, you need to start and end with a double brace around the whole section. There is also a "|" character missing within the section, so even with the double braces front and end, you are currently still getting two phrases for your title. The "|" character needs to go in btween the } and { just before the last set of phrases. Really, though, you know, having all those braces and pipes "|" makes it more complex than it needs to be. If you just want 1 phrase out of all that lot, you just need 1 curly brace at either end and a pipe symbol between each phrase.
So the following would be the simplest version:
