I have just used TBS2, with
{Où l'élève d'école est?|Où l'étudiant de collège est ? }

I spun it and got these articles:

Où l'élève d'école est?
#BREAK#
Où l'étudiant de collège est ?
#BREAK#

I typed in the words. Are you using PLAIN text? The text on web pages may not be PLAIN text.
Have you got the language option changed to "French"?

Translated with www.freetranslation.com
J'ai tapé les mots. Utilisez-vous le texte simple ? Le texte sur les pages Web ne peut pas être le texte simple.  Avez-vous obtenu le choix de langue changé à « français » ?

PLAIN text - this article is in ENGLISH but it shows you how to create PLAIN text (texte simple) http://www.howtospinbest.com/usertips1.html
