Hi Meg...
Unfortunately the article at page 3 is cut off... I think I understand the PH1 PH2 PH3 concept... I will have to give it a try.
In my case because I have about 120 suburbs, does this mean that all 120 suburbs are PH1? or does each suburb have its own unique PH number..
(Referencing PH only because it is referenced in your article.)
The link "next article" should actually read "next page"!

So it continues on
http://www.howtospinbest.com/dm2446tf.html and there is at least another page after that.
All suburbs will be PH1. If you are using a spreadsheet, which is what I do, because I find it easier (and you can export as a CSV file), I would put a heading of SUB1 or some other similar heading that would remind me what the item stood for (suburb) but was a word that would not be spun by using favourites or auto select, etc. I put it in caps so it stands out for me for replacement (in case I need to find it).
Your example articleSkip Bin Hire {Payneham|Elizabeth|West Lakes|Norwood|Glynde},
Supreme Skip Bins pride ourselves in delivering to {Payneham|Elizabeth|West Lakes|Norwood|Glynde} at such a reasonable cost. However, with the growth in the industry, and {Payneham|Elizabeth|West Lakes|Norwood|Glynde}, being in such demand we guarantee our deliveries within 24Hrs.
In TBS, I would write it as:
Skip Bin Hire SUB1,
Supreme Skip Bins pride ourselves in delivering to SUB1 at such a reasonable cost. However, with the growth in the industry, and SUB1, being in such demand we guarantee our deliveries within 24Hrs.
When exported, you would then get
Article 1Skip Bin Hire Payneham,
Supreme Skip Bins pride ourselves in delivering to Payneham at such a reasonable cost. However, with the growth in the industry, and Payneham, being in such demand we guarantee our deliveries within 24Hrs.
Article 2Skip Bin Hire Elizabeth,
Supreme Skip Bins pride ourselves in delivering to Elizabeth at such a reasonable cost. However, with the growth in the industry, and Elizabeth, being in such demand we guarantee our deliveries within 24Hrs.
etc, etc.
Data merge is good fun once you get the hang of it and you can create large spreadsheets with lots of info that you can "throw into" an article very quickly.
REMEMBERBefore you spin (but not before that) put the placeholder text between square brackets [ and ], so it looks like [SUB1]
EDIT
If you have 120 suburbs, then you can create 120 articles. How different they will be from one another will depend on how much you spin the rest of the article. You could use placeholder text and data merge to add little snippets to each article. For instance, if you used a placeholder text for STORY1 (or any other heading you choose to use), you could add in a news article or waste tip or recycling hint, etc. One cell in a spreadsheet can hold an awful lot of info.

You could collect tips or news articles (of the kind that will last) or hints over time in a spreadsheet and then you will always have something that can be added at short notice.
