I have a serious problem about TSB API Error (from topic http://jlforums.com/the-best-spinner/tbs-api-error-i-can't-spin-article-using-api-4-5-days-ago/ )


i contact helpdesk at hxxp://askjonleger.com/support/
from date 25/9/11 but now my problem doesn't solve T_T

I try to run api through another host IP Address. It can run normally.

but the main host server IP Address, i get error.


i use the same code "testspin.php" (copy from hxxp://thebestspinner.com/apiexample.txt)

- upload to main server IP : 74.54.144.99
hxxp://www.uploadmoney.net/testspin.php
it shown error

- and upload to another server IP : 216.189.1.164
hxxp://www.digital-review.net/testspin.php
it can run api normally

Help desk said "That IP address(74.54.144.99) isn't blocked."
and no response.

Can anybody help me ??.
i can't spin article through api about 2 weeks ago T_T

try to contact support but 2 days ago with no response.

i try to solve my problem many times.

change password, contact my server support, test script, re-enabled cURL/GET and everything i can do...
and i test script with another server ip address and found that another IP can run api normally.

"That IP address is on our Ban List.

Please try starting again with your script and then re-authenticate your sign on with the script. From there that should resolve the ban on your API."


I try to run script again but it shown same error as before.

then i try to change password and run it again but not work.

and i contact your support again at same day
but no response from your support until now.

Please tell me how i can do....

Over 2 weeks for my problem... i'm very serious and try to do everything for solve.
In spite of previously i can run api normally and don't edit any scipt.

Many share host use same IP Address.
I don't do anything but i was banned from IP.

Why do you ban each user id instead IP Address?
