Hello, the bestspinner is not working with wprobot and i am losing rankings fast. luckly I have alternative spinner plugin. I think the fact the the support group is being overwhelm with requests is not a excuse for the problems with thebestspinner. Support \has nothing to do with this, this a technical issue. Which should have been resolved a long time ago. I keep getting an in my wprobot logs stating that my username and password are in valid. some need to check the scripts on thebestspinner.com/api.php.

I dont't think I will buy another program from Jonathan. You are just not ready for primetime.

There are no problems with the TBS API unless your PC/server is having issues connecting to the TBS server. And there's nothing I can do about that. That's a settings issue somewhere on your end.

The problem is on your side, the developer of wp robot states that the error message I am getting is from the thebestspinner api.
Wprobot does not generate this error message, Error: Invalid username or password. I wrote a script and ran it from my public_html directory and the wprobot plugin directory. In both cases it was able to load your thebestpinner.com and the /api.php site.

Jonathan, get off your butt and fix the script. I guess you are too busy counting your money!!. While my business goes down the drain.

If you're passing the wrong username and password it won't work. Make sure there are no extra spaces or characters or anything on the end of the username/password you put into WP Robot's configuration.

You need to use the EXACT user/pass that you use in the TBS desktop interface. If it works with the desktop it will work with the API.

If you think your u/p is correct, contact the help desk to make sure at www.AskJonLeger.com.

There is nothing to fix except perhaps your user/pass.
