I just purchased TBS and am trying to "get a grip" on how all this works. Forgive me please if I ask some of the same old questions you've heard before. It may be old stuff to you, but it's all new to me.
I did a search for "article submission" and the posts I read helped me to settle on Article Marketing Robot as the program to use. I'm on a very limited budget and need to make the best decisions I can, so if anyone has any last minute input on submission software I would appreciate your input.
I'm putting up a squeeze page to promote a membership site. I'm an affiliate, not the owner of the site. The page will do no selling; I'll just be collecting names and email addresses to build a list. They will receive a couple of freebies for signing up.
I'm trying to understand the best way to draw traffic to the squeeze page. Bear in mind I don't have a blog; when someone clicks through on a link in my article they will come directly to the squeeze page and "hopefully" sign up for a weekly newsletter and free eBook - and then eventually join the membership site.
If I understand AM Robot correctly, it submits articles to "article directories" only; NOT to blogs. Is that correct? If correct, then is there another program or service that is recommended for submitting to blogs?
In general, am I on the right track? Is what I have described a sensible way to draw traffic to a squeeze page?
Thanks in advance,
Indianbear
