I didn't get the download link for tip builder

I didn't get the download link. I have left multiple request with support and have not received the link address yet. Please send me the link. I really need it. Thanks

Did you provide them with the full details from your paypal receipt? You need to copy  ALL the details on the paypal receipt and paste them to the ticket.

You need to send the full information on your purchase to help desk. Check your spam mail box, sometimes the replies get sent there for some reason.
