How does the Follow "Next" work?

I'm trying to get a Wordtracker search results page to continue from page 1 through to page 10. I've tried selecting Follow "Next" both before and after selecting the table and extracting. But I'm only getting the page 1 results.

What is the proper procedure? And why do I have to ask the question here? Isn't there an inline help system for this product?
