Are you running it under win7?
run as administrator

I'm running under windows vista. the same problem cropped up this week for me.

same screen.

I happens whether I login as  administrator or not.

I'm also using vista. Did you get it fixed?  I'm thinking i should uninstall it and re install again. Did you get it fixed?

Ok here is some new info. I have  unchecked get commercial intent and that clears up the problem.

That might have something to do with yahoo transitioning to Bing this week. might not.

now today I'm not getting sitelinks and backlinks. only zeros show. I still get PR numbers

The commercial intent issue appears to be that MSN has either pulled their commercial intent tool or at least it's down for the moment.  I've issued an update to trap the error instead of throwing an error dialog box.

I open webcompanalyst as administrator but I don't do anything extra to download as administrator.

I have just downloaded the new version. Try unclicking "get results only from this country" if you are searching the USA and see if that helps.
