I want a refund

I bought this program this week. It took me 2 days to get it to launch and now that its working, It hangs at Finishing processes...1
No matter what i do it does not get past that point.
I have tried to open a support ticket but the site will not accept the security code i enter. I have tried multiple times over the past 2 days.
No one answers the forum posts. There is no email contact for anyone. John has not responded to my PMs.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen and this program sucks.
How do I get my refund?

What security code? The help desk link is here: http://www.askjonleger.com/ If you need to open a new ticket, use the box on the RIGHT of the screen. The box on the left is for checking up on tickets you have already submitted.

My code is never accepted nor are my posts answered.
I did  get one email asking for y testimonial about how great he program is. You guys don't know what the hell is going on.
I want a refund.

On this ticket page http://www.askjonleger.com/ - yes, I have opened many tickets. Is this the page you mean?

EDIT: I just opened a ticket on the help desk page, quoting this message. I had to input the anti spam code 3 times before it would go through (is that maybe the code you meant?). I added a message to the ticket to note that.
