webcomp analyst 1.42

When running a query - I select Top 10 results,
but I am only getting 9 results ? Why ?

Another example, If I select top 20 results, it only returns 18.

Then sometimes, I select top 10 results, and I type in 2 keywords,
it returns 9 results for the 1st keyword, and 10 results for the 2nd keyword.

It does all of this quite consistently.

Please advise.

P.S. I also tried opening a ticket at: http://www.askjonleger.com/index.php?cmd=ticket&action=new
and it does ask for a "Security code". Not a captcha. What is the security code ?
The ticket won't go through without a security code.
I noticed several others have asked the same thing.
