Win7-64 Pro
It installs with errors, it won't close (need Task Manager to End) and each time asks for password.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I tried that but still get the same error and can't close the program now.  Please help.

You can close the program by using your computer's Task Manager.
Activate it by Ctrl-alt-del
that is, hold down the control key, then also hold down the alt key, then click the Delete key.
This opens the task manager or a screen through which your open the TM.

Select WCA, and click the close this program button. I had to click that twice sometimes
and wait a few seconds.

Here it is August 19th and I'm having the same issue.  You'd think by now there'd be a solution for this.  Please help!

I've got reply from Daniel from support. I've tried it and it works!

You may need to run the application as "admin".

If you RIGHT CLICK on the application name in your START MENU, you should see a small menu appear. Near the bottom you should see RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

If you click on that the application should run fine.

If you want to avoid having to do that each time, RIGHT CLICK on the application name and choose PROPERTIES. A new window should appear with tabs near the top. Click on COMPATIBILITY. Near the bottom of that screen you should see RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. If you check that box and then APPLY, it should remember the setting for you in the future.
