Hi, I'm rather surprised to find that no-one seems to be answering these queries!
If I find my program seizing up like this I'm sure that (being a confirmed grumpy old bastard) I'll disappear into a red mist and will be wanting some answers pretty sharpish (+ a nice relaxing cup of tea and a biscuit!).
What happens in this Forum? Does the Support Desk contact the member with the problem or is the poor old customer left to try to resolve this in their own time and find themselves hung out to dry without a working product?
I'm only commenting here because I've just come back to this Software (which I've had since Nov 2008) and I want to be re-assured that if I have any problems I stand some chance of getting them sorted out?!
