I am getting the following issue, even when I run as admin in Windows7:

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Can someone assist? When I perform a search, it either brings back results or gives me this error. When it brings back results, they are completely wrong compared to me going to good and putting in the same words...

Suggestions?

I've run into the same problem for the first time this week.

I'm running on windows vista. The unhandled exception occurs whether I run as administrator or not.

I've downloaded and reinstalled a couple times to no avail.
