WebCompAnalyst not providing any results

Hi - just bought WebCompAnalyst (as part of the superb Interurban bundle) and it's not providing any results (regardless of country source) - it produces the message: - "0 quotes results"  :'(

(FYI: Not sure if relevant but I bought another piece of software from a different developer about a week ago which also used Yahoo keyword data and which had stopped working - they only managed to fixed this by switching to Google Keyword data)

I had the same problem. I've got it installed on my netbook so I tried it on my desktop with the same results except worse on the desktop as it kept giving me errors and crashing.

I left it overnight just in case I had been blocked but had the same result this morning. I remembered that I had IE9 beta installed so uninstalled that and now it's working. Haven't tried it on the desktop though. The netbook is running Windows 7 starter.

Anyway, it's worth a try if you have IE9 beta installed.

I don't know if this helps any, but I have Windows XP 5.1 SP3 and when I updated to the newest .NET Framework 4, it helped some... the WebCompAnalyst crashing/quit locking up, but it still is not give the needed results... 

Was hoping to find others with answers on the forum!?  :-\ If anyone has additional solutions, I'm sure it would make many here happy.  Maybe Jon will update the software?  Just a thought...and being hopeful.   ;)

Hi everyone

I was having problems after I purchased the special offer from Jon, but everything is working fine now (touch wood).

Keyword snatcher was the only one that worked as it should after the download.

With the others I was having trouble with accepting the reg code and getting errors, continue or quit, freezing etc etc

I went to the start menu and right clicked on webcompanalyst and then clicked 'run as administrator'. Perfection. Works like a dream machine now.

I then did the same with web data parser and answer analyst. Once again perfection

Hoping this helps someone
